Who This Is For
People are increasingly talking about the ‘circular economy’. What is it? Why should companies and individuals ‘go circular’? The talk is aimed at anyone who is curious about how we could use planetary resources more effectively – and waste less, both on an organizational and personal level.
What You Will Learn
Phoebe will explain the difference between a ‘linear’ and a ‘circular economy’, where we stand today with a few key facts and figures, and look at what circularity means for businesses and for individuals. She will give a few examples from startups, including from Berlin, and larger companies.
She will also look at the model from a sustainability and climate perspective.
The audience will be encouraged to take part actively during the session, and there will be a Q&A at the end.
