Biomimicry: Play a Game to Discover how Nature Inspires Innovation

Who This Is For

A fun and inspiring team building for a small team, or a group of employees from across an organization, on the topic of nature and innovation. Biomimicry – imitating nature – has helped humans develop products and services for millennia and is helping to inspire sustainability and circular economy more than ever today. This boardgame is a playful way of exploring the topic.

What You Will Learn

Discover the importance of biomimicry: Players will learn the super power of given species to tackle challenges ahead, with one participant acting as captain to the crew, navigating their yacht across the globe in 45 minutes!

Be inspired: By learning about the origins of given inventions thanks to the super power cards, players will get new sources of inspiration for their everyday life and perhaps also to create future products, services and experiences.

Cooperate: The world tour game can only be solved as a team – collaboration and listening can help meet all the challenges, with all participants acquiring new knowledge and skills together.

Phoebe will provide a short wrap-up around how innovation from nature can support us today to become more sustainable and in tune with our environment. The game is provided courtesy of design agency Circulab, of which Phoebe is a licensed member since 2015.
